The 18-year-old killed by a possibly drunk driver while riding on a moped with his wife in Maryland was soon to begin a new life, according to his family. Evan Alexander Cain was riding his moped with 20-year-old Dystanei Nicole Cain when they were clipped by an allegedly drunk driver in a Ford F-250 on Route 40 in Hagerstown in early September, causing a fiery crash. 200+ Layoffs Expected As FedEx Facility Closes In Central PA
A Central Pennsylvania FedEx will close its doors and lay off over two hundred employees, according to a WARN Notice by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The FedEx Supply Chain Inc. at 115 Willow Springs Lane in York is set to close on Sept. 30. The layoffs at the facility will include 220 people. The company will assist the affected employees with finding new positions, according to a FedEx spokesperson. An elaborate turtle smuggling and trafficking ring orchestrated by a Virginia man has been broken up, federal officials announced this week. Louisa resident Stanlee Fazi, 41, pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria to trafficking turtles out of Fredericksburg in violation of the Lacey Act, according to the Department of Justice. Police Seek Art Thief In Chester County
Detectives are on the hunt for an art thief in Chester County. A painting was shipped from Beverley Hills, California to an auction house in Downingtown, but was stolen from the FedEx ground facility in Exton by "an unknown person," said West Whiteland police in a statement.
